Sergio arrived about 15 minutes after I called Roto-Rooter. He was polite and professional from start to finish. I had several problems with my plumbing that needed to be addressed rather quickly. He removed and replaced a couple toilets and cleared some obstructions in the lines with perseverance and patience. Sergio assured me he would do everything he could to solve all my plumbing issues before he left. He delivered on that promise and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely call Roto-Rooter again if I have any plumbing needs.
Howard was very helpful getting our hot water back when it went out on a friday night so that we could enjoy our weekend.

I called Roto Rooter early in the morning for a plumbing backup and they were at my home in a reasonable time frame. Felipe, our service technician was very good and identified the issue and gave me a very thorough explanation of what needed to be done. He got to work on the problem and was complete in about 2 hours. I have been afraid it was going to be an all day affair and extremely expensive. The cost was reasonable and there was no upcharge because it was Sunday. I really appreciate how well Felipe did his work and took the time to explain what happened, how he fixed it and what we needed to do to maintain it for the future. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter and Felipe in particular.
