She believes that nutrition is the absolute foundation of health. Since no two individuals are exactly alike, she tailors nutrition counseling based on the needs of each client while providing tools for permanent lifestyle change. Maria’s goal is to provide the highest quality of care, commitment, and excellence to clients through nutritional therapy and dietary counseling. Maria believes that building a healthy relationship with food and positive body image is a key part of a healthy, happy life. She believes that collaboration is a key to success and gets inspiration by helping people achieve their nutrition and fitness goals. She completed a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics at Northern Illinois University, and completed an MBA with integrated dietetic internship at Dominican University. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. In her spare time, Maria enjoys experimenting with raw food cuisine.
