She went on to complete her dietetic internship at Dominican University. Kate has experience conducting pediatric weight loss and exercise programs, as well as nutrition counseling with numerous clients including diabetes, heart health, eating disorders and weight management. She also specializes in sports nutrition and believes good nutrition is the key to good performance. ​ Kate became passionate about both nutrition and fitness during her time as a competitive gymnast. She strives to share her passion with all the clients she meets. Her counseling style includes teaching the non-diet approach, mindful eating, simple cooking, and combining good nutrition with physical activity. Kate provides her clients with custom designed nutrition plans and goals designed to meet everyone’s individual needs.
