On April 29, I I came in to make use of the Friend &Family Coupon to purchase a pair of Easy Spirit Shoes. The pair I chose were not avalibale in my size, the associate asked if I could wait as therre er only two of them and the shoe Dept. was very busy with linesd waiting to purchase and find sizes. Then Marquita M. came into the Dept. and was told I was next. Dhe look in the computer to see what store had my size and found one pair was in their store, she went to the storeroom and found them, they were not in the correct place.
