Worst customer service ever rude as hell I have been waiting for thirty minutes and on one

The worst customer service you could ever experience, i really can't understand why that loud dispatcher who works in the morning so rude no matter how polite you are, they think because it's the only taxi company in scarsdale they can treat people like slaves .. i actually put the blame on the city of scarsdale who doesn't take the complains on this company seriously in order to make this service reliable for scarsdale area.
Needless to mention that they stuff the cab with 4 different customers most of the time for opposing destinations and you could spend touring the city for 30 minutes for a trip shouldn't take more than 5 minutes.
stay away from this company to avoid spoiling your day, use Hartsdale station instead , i see it much reliable and better service for this area.. my two cents
