i recently took them my android phone to fix. i took it to them with a brand new battery in it. they fixed the phone (very pricey) but much less than a new phone. I got the phone back with an old battery. they denied switching the battery of course. Take any new batteries or acessories out before taking them anything to fix. BEWARE.

I took my MAC laptop to this 1 800 fix-it because it was unresponsive. Without examining it, he came up with the possibility that it could be the hard drive, but that he would have to send it out since he was not that all familiar with MAC. After two weeks, and not hearing from them, I appeared at the store. The laptop was handed to me the same way I gave it to them which let me to believe it sat there. His diagnose was that the laptop was no longer good. I took it home and gave it to a friend who sprayed the board with an alcohol cleaner he bought from Radio Shack and let it dry for a week. When I turned it on, the laptop was it perfect condition. It makes me think twice about this place.
