Last March, in the middle of washing bedding, my washing machine died. I googled a few things and determined it was a little part that needed to be replaced. We called a few places, and were surprised by the repair cost and time. Husband suggested calling Cole, and within an hour, he was here. He was very professional, reasonably priced and took care of the issue quickly. My washing machine was back up and running same day. Was like it never even broke. I refer this service any time someone asks.

Our gas stove top was shorting out the day before Thanksgiving. He came out, disconnected the electric ignition so we could use the stove top manually and ordered the part for us. We called another company who couldn't come out for five days so we were appreciative that he came out on such short notice.
