When you call to get a simple price for what they will give you for your car, they first ask you all sorts of information that they just do not need during that initial phone call, address, phone number, color of car, social security number, blood type and first born child's name. Then they put you on hold and hang up on you. Quit odd and unprofessional.

I can’t even get them to answer the phone so that I can find out when my car will be picked up. I have been trying since 8 am and it is now noon. Great way to run a business!
