Todd & Dave came out the next day to test my Heat Pump. They were GREAT to work with and knew exactly where to start to zero down on my problem. It turns out that I had a weak battery in the controller I thought didn’t have a battery. They fixed the problem and tested the A/C also. I really appreciate their outgoing and friendly work ethic. I highly recommend this team for your home comfort needs.

TLDR: more service, less sales, reasonable price.
For starter, the secretary didn't waste my time with tons of useless questions. They focused more on my address and time and understood that I may not know many tech aspects of the AC system. The technician appeared on the pre-scheduled time, had all the tools handy, found the leak and fixed it. My system is a bit old, about 18 years, but still in a good condition and I still preferred to repair it rather than change. The technician mentioned it, but didn't really push for the sale, which is a dealbreaker for me.

Let me tell you about my experience. Randy did an amazing job answering all our questions during the consultation. The two ladies i talked to in the office for scheduling and payments were friendly and helpful. Now these installers. Felt like an army putting this unit in! Everyone was super nice, friendly, would explain every step of the way if I asked. I couldn’t ask for a better company to work with for the future of my heating and cooling needs!

I called Western Heating on a Sunday as i had no heat. The Service Tech was out that day and they didn't charge me a weekend rate or overtime fee. I will be there customer for years to come. Thank you!

I called them out to tune up my furnace and the service tech said the furnace was unfixable and dangerous to use. He said he was actually scared to touch it. Then they sent out a salesman to recommend a heat pump (something I could not afford)the salesman never even got back to me, with a bid....but my guess is it would have been thousands of dollars. My electrician called someone he knew who fixes and installs furnaces, they came out and had it running in half an hour. He said he recommends the service tech that said my furnace was unfixable and dangerous, go into another line of work.I don't have alot of good things to say about this company, they could not help me. It cost me less than one hundred dollars to have this furnace fixed.
