Questionable billing, failure to give written bid, unwilling to negotiate, knocking pipes

Had worked with this company in the past, and had been satisfied. Under new ownership.Requested estimate several times to no avail when billed for work price was inflated almost 100%. Company unwilling to negotiate. Also not happy with the noise the system installed makes when kicking on. Solution from company was to place shims between pipes.
