The Walk Your Way to Running a 5K (SM) is a 12- week fitness program that will start you on your way to lifelong fitness, weight management, higher self confidence, new friends and community involvement. After 12 short weeks of walking/running intervals, participants will complete a 5K charity race and embark on a life of regular & consistent exercise, goal attainment and life-long fitness.
