Pats is a reputable business with terrific mechanics,one incident like the other review, doesn't reflect anything! They go out of their way to make you happy,even the people without appointments. My family has been coming here for years,judge for yourself!

Terrible service! They "changed my oil" and didn't even put the cap back on and now I have oil all over my engine and hood! Not very nice either.
