slow and do not enteract with you

I've been using this service for a year and have found it to be extremely reliable. I'm usually given a very specific pickup time (ie. 1:38pm) and I've never had them be late to pick me up. It can take a few calls to get them, but you can't exactly complain given what they charge. The buses are also very comfortable and drivers are very cordial.

Not a reliable service, no one is ever in the office to answer your calls, although their handbook states they are there for reservations 8AM-4PM, seven days a week, NOT TRUE. They are known to always be late.
