      Unprofessional, rude, the office is managed by the boss' wife and boy! Is she something! She didn't like what I was complaining about so SHE HUNG UP ON ME, THE CUSTOMER. Don't use this company. They don't know what they are doing and then when someone complains they hang up on you!!!!!
