Our practice includes 6 surgeons, all Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, with nearly 200 years of combined experience. Board Certification means, in addition to receiving their undergraduate medical degrees, doctors have completed a residency in general surgery and an approved residency in plastic surgery, passed a rigorous written and oral board examination, and practiced plastic surgery and reconstructive surgery for a minimum of four years. Founded in 1980 by E.D. DeLoach, M.D. and Lawrence E. Ruf, M.D., Savannah Plastic Surgery is today one of the largest plastic surgery groups in the Southeast. Our practice includes 6 surgeons, all Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, These surgeons are: Lawrence E. Ruf, Scott W. Vann, Barbara L. Davies, F. Chris Pettigrew, Carl B. Pearl, and E.D. Deloach.
