The Savannah Country Day School is a private school that offers educational and extracurricular programs to students in grades kindergarten through 12. More than 1,000 students study in the school that offers subjects, such as English, American history, business, technology, computer science, mathematics, social studies, science, music, art, and health and physical education. The school also offers a variety of sports activities, including basketball, cheerleading, cross country, football, softball, volleyball, soccer, tennis, track and golf. The students also take part in community activities, such as music therapy at hospice homes by orchestra students, art projects at local institutions and choral and drama service projects. The school is located in Savannah, Ga.
