I like to beging with saying that I really love the product I have been ordering from Nature's Aide, for the past few years, but I got-to-say that, the customer service is very poor and slow to get my products every time I order. For example, and this has been the worst, but my last order was put in since April 16th and today is June 17 and I still havent received my product; and to top it all off, I cain't seem to get through the owner or any body in costmer sevice, to tell me or help me understand why I haven't yet received my order! Very disapointed!
