Be warned- this is NOT a place to go for facial services. In the past six months this "medical spa" has had two different estheticians take me on as a client and both times the esthetician has done a horrible job, overcharged and under-delivered and by the time I complained they had then left the company or fired. Dr. Ross does not seem to know how to hire or keep a professional or experienced staff and should be ashamed of herself for putting her patients at risk to make money for herself. The damage done to my skin cannot be undone and I want to save others the time, money, frustration and most of all risk of seeing Dr. Ross or visiting her "medical spa".
