Joan and her husband are awsome people. Very caring and welcoming. They allow pets which is a huge plus to this charming bed and breakfast. I highly recommend staying here as they treated us as one of their own.

I loved that Joan allowed us to bring our dog because Savannah is a great place to walk. There were many squares within a block or two, including Forsyth Park. Also it was only a blocks walk to some of the free transit options.



Our stay felt more authentic since the two rooms are located on the bottom floor of an actual house. However, be aware that there is not much "breakfast" at this bed and breakfast. Despite the fact that the owner Joan used to be a chef in the city, she does not cook for the guests. Just muffins/croissants/bagels/cereal for breakfast, which she leaves in your room the night before. She also provides a bottle of wine, which we much enjoyed.
