These guys were very nice people to talk too but were inadequate at conducting the inspection. They were so busy praising the job the builder did while constructing the house that they missed the fact that part of the plumbing was MISSING under the sink. The builder of the house noticed it while conducting the final walk thru of the house, and fixed it. They also left the stove on at the house!!!!! Nice guys, but AWFUL at their job. I contacted them and tried to get a partial refund for their failure to notice MISSING plumbing and for almost burning my house down. They told me "that wasn't part of the inspection". Very unprofessional and would NOT recommend them to anyone. Save your money and time by using a different inspector!
