I actually haven't rented from GG but if they are half as good as they look they're the best place in town. It's like they already know everything wrong with apartments in Savannah and do better in the first place. - Yes, Savannah has a high crime rate -- but these apartments meet safety standards for crime and don't rent to anyone who doesn't pass a criminal background check. - Yes, Savannah has (huge!) bugs -- but these apartments have a preventive pest control policy. - Yes, Savannah is old and a lot of the buildings show wear and tear -- but these apartments are gorgeous and fresh. - These apartments also form a nice little neighborhood with a park for tenants. - And you would think for all that, they would be incredibly expensive -- nope, same price (or less) than some of the shoddy, infested places in town. - The only reason I wouldn't recommend them is because I don't want all the apartments to be rented out by the time I'm ready to sign a lease!
