Poor management.....This is a company that has no respect or regards for their employees at all.....drivers who have been with company for years are never promoted new drivers can come in and if something in dedicated or port open those positions are given to them instead of letting one who has been loyal to company for years....they work under radar equipment is shabby......and drivers work more hours per day than is allowed by DOT......the ethics this company has is very, very poor....If you are a driver I would look else where they promise 700-900 per week lucky if you get 400-500 per week the trucks are always breaking down and your work week is short due to mechanical breakdowns..as far as company goes shop else where it your stuff will be setting in port for pulls.....Again very poor management,leadership,not organized and treat employees disrespectfully with no regards to their years with company and a very large turnover with employees and companies......Stay away!!!!!
