They are extremely lacking in customer service! I will tell all my friends not to order from them. They made an appointment to deliver a basket and did not keep it. When I tried to resolve it, they would not give me the Manager's name and had no customer service skills at all. The young woman accused me of telling her to shut-up, I am very disheartened and canceled the order.

I agree I am shocked as well! I LOVE these arrangements so much! Just got one from a friend as a get well gift. I am allergic to flowers and love fruit so it was perfect. The delivery guy was very nice.

I am shocked by all the negative reviews! I have no complaints... they have Always been right on time just as well as the fruit tasting DELICIOUS,FRESH and SWEET. My husband have ordered from here on several different occasions and each time was better than before. As a matter of fact I going to end this conversation and order me a Delicious Fruit Design (Large)! Bye.

DO NOT make any purchases from this location! This is my first time ordering from Savannah and I am highly disappointed with their service. Against my mother's better judgement, I ordered a gift for a friend. They were unable to deliver it later in the afternoon, as I requested, because they were done with deliveries for the day. I confirmed with the employee the day before that this would not be an issue due to the fact that they were going to be busy. So, I told them that I would come pick it up when I got off of work. I asked what time they closed and she said 7p. I told her that I was getting off at 6p and it would only take me 20-30 mins max to get there. She said that would be no problem at all. So, I arrive at 6:20p and they are CLOSED. My mother had 2 incidents in the past. Promised her a gift cert and guess what? NEVER sent it. It is 8:37a and I have been on the phone for 14 mins waiting for them to answer. I guess they come to/leave work whenever they feel like it. DISGUSTED!

Wow - I don't know where the person who wrote the other two reviews is coming from. I have ordered from them on several different occasions, and they've knocked my socks off each and every time! The arrangements are gorgeous to look at, but they don't last long around my family - they smell and taste so yummy that we can't keep our hands off until they're gone. They will definitely get more business from me in the future, and I would recommend them to anyone.

We've ordered from Edible Arrangements several times in the past and will never do so again!!! What a disappointment, for Valentine's Day, I received the most horrifying strawberries I have ever seen which were barely dipped in chocolate, my husband was so embarasssed and promised me it was not a cruel joke!!! The berries were also submerged in water and the stems were withered. The cost for the order was $25 for 12 tiny, wet, rotten berries that made both of our stomach's turn!!! I wish I could post a picture on this website!
