Founded in 1990, East Broad Elementary School offers a variety of educational programs to students in grades kindergarten through five. The school provides academic programs in English, mathematics, social studies and science. It also offers various motivational and enrichment programs. The school s library provides a range of books, newspapers and encyclopedias. Its athletics department offers various activities, such as basketball, volleyball and tennis. East Broad Elementary School also provides classes in health and physical education programs. It also has a counseling and guidance department for students, parents and teachers. The school provides a program in arts that includes drawing, coloring, and self-portraiture classes. It is part of the Savannah-Chatham County Public school System, and is located in Savannah, Ga.
