Not a good experience. Rude, unprofessional installers that don't do what you ask, customer service reps that hold their customers in contempt AND expensive. I have a bundled package and somehow the bill is almost always more than it should be in - just try to pay the bill before its due to avoid a late charge. It is almost impossible.
