Commercial Refuse & Recycling: Refuse Collection to Commercial customers City-wide. Collection of bulk refuse from commercial and institutional establishments using commercial refuse containers and compactors 1-6 times per week. Major and minor repairs. Residen The mission of the Residential Refuse Collection department is to provide once-weekly curbside refuse, bulk items, and yard waste collection to City residents. This mission is accomplished through the following work programs: Trash Pick-Up Dead Animal Removal Bulk Item Collection Obtaining a Cart Special Collections Night Shuttle Support Litter Control Cart Information Community Service Recycling Recycling & Litter Services: The Recycling and Litter Services Department provides residential curbside recycling, community and commercial drop-off recycling, special event recycling, public outreach and education, and litter control throughout the City via recycling and litter employees and community service workers.
