I finally got to use my TORO snowblower for the first time since I had it into the shop for what should have been a fairly routine transmission adjustment. What should be a 4 speed transmission now only provides one speed. The reverse now pops in and out at the wrong time. Sheesh. This was the 2nd time I've had to take it in to them for the same problem and they still can't get it right. I don't think I can stand to go back there. Mistakes can happen, but on top of that, the customer service "techs" and service writers treated me really poorly the 2nd time back. Good luck.
