Nice small roadside motel

Nice place to stay for couple of nights

We had a cute little room. Room was clean

I am a NYC chick who travels to MA on occasions. I would go to MA and since i was only 19 a lot of motels would give me problems and I wasnt able to get a room. Now Avalon Motel was great when it came to this. Yes they card but if you are not 21 they wont give you a hard time getting a room at all. Make sure you dont cause any trouble and you wil be fine. The rooms are clean as well as the bathroom. Now one thing that caught my eye was that for it being a motel you saw no "naughty" channels. To me its a good thing though. Dunkin Donuts is right next door. They open early in the morning until late at night. I have stayed in this motel a total of three times since 04/2005. I will definitely recommend it to anyone. By the way prices are about 65 a night.

The price is right, I think the least expensive on Rte 1 and the best thing about the Avalon, it's clean, the Management keeps the grounds and rooms nice and clean and the sheets always smell fresh! Hey, it's not a 5 Star Motel, but i'm not paying $300.00, I pay about one hundred bucks whenever I stay there and that works for me!

This motel it's self is okay..ive been to a lot of hotels and this one has A loT of problems! For instance in the first room I rented it had problems with the drain in the bathroom, it was clogged for the whole day with some slimy dirt,I guess, it took 3 of the guys there to finally fix it. The second room the next day it's toilet was clogged! And they had ME fix it! The service was bad! The women that runs it, THOUGHT I smoked cigarette in the room when it was really the group of kids right next door! She kicked me out even though we already paid for that night! AND wouldn't give us our $100.00 back! I Do Not recommend this whole in the wall motel to AnyonE. Sorry but I had to let you guys know. Have a good day.
