WOW!! How UNPROFESSIONAL!! I was unfortunate enough to have a sewer issue (which was the cities fault), leak into my kitchen, bathroom, living room, pantry and hallway. Nothing was taken care of in a timely mannor, in fact, when I called to make the initial complaint I was told to look through my packet, find the email address, and send it to them. It was 1:00 in the afternoon the day I called, and they didn't send a plumber out until the next afternoon. I had RAW SEWAGE flowing throughout my house and it took them 24 HOURS to send someone out. That sewage problem that was belittled resulted in more than 50% of the flooring being ripped out, completely ripping out the kitchen, and removing drywall in affected areas. The people in that office did not handle this issue professionally AT ALL. Between this, dealing with the egos, attitudes and arrogance, I would highly recommend going in another direction when purchasing or renting.
