Like so many Brevard County families of the "Space Race" era, Dans father was employed by NASA at Cape Canaveral.Dan has a passion for the area and knows the insides and outs of the mortgage business. Be it lending for residential or commercial property, single family or multi-family, new construction or existing structures, purchase or refinance, Dan and his staff handle it all. Dan also believes strongly in the need to lend a helping hand and is active as a community consumer advocate for affordable housing and protecting consumers especially the poor, the elderly, the disabled and minorities against predatory (unscrupulous) lending practices.
