Beware of SSI Computers! They give you a reference number that you can call in to check on your computer. Meanwhile, they do not answer the phone? I physically had to stop by to find out any new information! I had a laptop that needed a new power plug in port $25. I told them to check the old one and see if the laptop was getting power. Their tech said that it was and that I needed a new motherboard $220 and installation $150!! I brought it home and checked it with a volt meter and it was not getting any power? I ordered the part from some where else and installed it and it works like new! So $25 vs $370!! If they tell you it needs a motherboard or expensive parts, you may want to take it somewhere else for a second opinion or just don't waste the time to take it there at all!!!
