I just had a great experience with Keith in Sartell and Eric in Crystal locations. Both helped me in selecting the right tools for me. The bonus was I felt like I walked out with a great deal which does not happen very often these days. I will be doing more shopping at Thomas tool for my woodworking tool needs.

I stopped in to get a replacement Ryobi battery that I was having problems with. All Ryobi batteries come with a 3 year warranty, and they decided that the warranty was out after 1 year, and that was that. That wasn't the main problem though. They were jerks about the whole process. They are an authorized warranty return center for Ryobi, and you'd think they would know the process. My battery was 15 months old, well within the limit of 3 years. Since I thought it might be the charger I brought it with. The next question they had was where is a drill to test it - (what) you are a authorized return center and you don't have a drill to test their batteries with. The person I dealt with was very unprofessional and really made me feel un-welcome. I will not do business with this company ever again, and I recommend you do the same.
