Over booked, long wait times

Took my kids to this dentist because of great reviews... I wasn't impressed with the cleaning. We waited forever and seemed unorganized. Took a hour and a half for two kids cleaning and a baby check up. Then today I took my son back to get a small filling filled. He sat for a half hour with just the numbing gel in his cheek. Then forty five min into sitting there they numbed him and made us wait for twenty more min before they even started. It just seems like they try and squeeze fifteen clients in with one doctor. So the wait is forever long. I defiantly will just take my kids somewhere else next time.

Billing Issues

I absolutely love the dentist, the hygienists, and the decorating of this office! My kids get excited to go to the "teeth doctor." But of the three times my children have had work done, there are billing issues. The estimates they gave me were always way off and I have always had to pay more after the fact. Once they overcharged me by almost $70. After three phone calls and a visit to bring in the paper work, I was told the money would be placed as a credit toward future work on my kids. Also, they do not use silver filling at all, only the white composite (which most insurances won't pay for) so plan on paying extra.

Dr Rupp and Dr Tew are amazing...

Dr Rupp and Dr Tew are amazing with the kids! The office itself is such a fun atmosphere that the kids actually look forward to going to the dentist.

In our time of need

Thee best doctor, dr. Rupp was so kind, our daughter had an emergency and he came to the rescue, put in 5 stitches and my 8 year old was calm and comforted. What a great experience in a traumatic time for my daughter. Thank you thank you. Dr. Rupp
