I am a farmer and when it is growing season and I need a hydaulic hose because one is leaking, I need it as soon as possible. Parts Plus can make my hoses for me and I don't have to travel so far and loose valuable time to get a new hose. I am glad you are now in Saratoga Springs.

I am a lady and I do the repair work on our family vehicles. When my husband and I walked into Parts Plus and I asked a question the counter person talked with me and answered my questions. I was pleased since when I went into a different store they would talk to my husband even if I was the one asking the questions. Thanks for treating me respectfully.

I had a problem with my older truck and the other parts stores said they didn't have the parts and couldn't help me. I went to Parts Plus and their counter person said they didn't have the part either but he could order it for me and have it here the same afternnon. I was impressed that he would make the extra effort to find what I needed. He went the extra mile to be helpful and not just a sales clerk. I was happy and impressed. They have my business.
