If you are looking to buy a bike, they have little or no inventory, go elsewhere. If you need service, this is the place.I have been cycling since the 80s. The head mechanic is as good as you can find in the area. The best part is they are honest. A friend of mine, who's bikes cost in the thousands, recommended them to me. He was right.

Please do NOT trust this bike shop, they are Amateurs!! I brought my bike in there to get fixed and after paying $55 and them telling me that it is quote; All set to go, I take it for a ride in my development and boom everything comes apart. So after taking the bike back to the shop to get them to fix it, they basically yelled at me and told me that it was MY fault somehow even though I rode it on the pavement during a dry day. So now I'm left with a $175 broken derailleur and a very bad taste in my mouth. These mechanics do NOT know what they are doing, please save your money and go somewhere else. The prices may seem more reasonable than the competition but that is how they trick you into going there. You get what you pay for in the bike industry and this place will give you cheap customer service and a cheap experience, one that could even cost you more money in the end like it did to me. I got screwed royally by this place and it will cost me almost $200 to get it fixed.

If the rating system allowed for zero starts then that's what I could have given them. This bike shop is run by amateurs, do NOT trust them with your equipment. Not only did I pay them 55 bucks to install a piece of equipment on my bike but when I went to go ride it; it broke and then, when I brought it back to get it fixed they told me that it was my fault and yelled at me for riding even though they told me it was all set to go (direct quote from them). They didn't even know the correct air pressure to put in my tires and its written on the side of the dam tire. Their prices may see reasonable but that is how they trick you into coming to their shop. The old Adage "you get what you pay for" applies here. I thought I was saving money by going there but now they have cost me over $175 in parts and it will cost me more than that to get everything fixed back to normal. Please folks, do yourself a favor and DON"T go to this bike shop at all costs. They do not know what they are doing!!!

Waste of my time and gas money. I get a call Fri 3:30pm to tell me the bike I called about came in, I said I would be there tomorrow. I find what I guess is suppose to be a bike shop 2:00pm Sat walk into what looks more like an old living room with a few bikes in it. I'm greeted and tell him I'm here to see the bike they just called me about and he tells me we sold both of those yesterday, but we're ordering more. Your kidding me right, no call to say they were sold, no apology, no clue or concern they just wasted half my Saturday. Like I will ever go back there again or refer them to anyone. What a joke!

The best bike shop within many miles of Saratoga. The guys in there are hard to not get along with. You can hang out, sip some coffee, and just talk about bikes without hassle. They know their stuff!
