the best japanese food in the city of sarasota, florida and I have eaten at most of them.
The relaxed environment, wonderful service, and top notch food makes this my favorite place in Sarasota for Japanese cuisine. I've been going there for almost a year now and STILL look forward to it every week. It's the freshest sushi in Sarasota...hands down!Some of my favorites include: The Sunset Roll, Lobster Roll, Sarasota Fireman Roll, The Sushi Pizza, Godzilla Roll, Calamari Salad, Seafood Spring Rolls, Tuna Tataki, and Sake, Sake, SAKE!I'll see you guys at Yume!
