I walked in to Wilde Jaguar/Land Rover with the true intention of exploring my options for the end of my Lexus lease that was approaching the following month. My salesman was Robert Martin and he was the perfect fit for me. Has anyone ever been able to describe an automobile salesman as "kind" or "patient"? Well, Robert sure is! He listened to what I wanted in my dream car and we test drove 4. He accurately read my reaction to each and helped me select my dream car, a 2018 F Pace for a very fair price, loaded with exceptional tech and luxurious packages, and I got the color and exact features and packages that I set out for. So, needless to say, I left my Lexus RX 350 lease a month early when the numbers fit just right and I LOVE driving a car again. Please see Robert at the dealership, I assure you, you will be very happy you did. Additionally, I shoot him text messages for minor help understanding some features and his advice and knowledge of the car is truly spot-on exceptional. Sales Manager, Greg Cox helped finalize the deal without scaring me (it's always a little scary when the 'boss' comes out to the table to try and close the deal!) Sharon and Adrian in Finance were super also, along with some help from Bryan and Frank who both stepped in when Robert had a day off. Everything went perfectly. Visiting this dealership is a must for those of you looking for a luxury vehicle and a fair deal, along with the superior treatment you'd expect from the sales team of cars at this price point. I had called the day before to set up what I had wanted. When we(my gram and I) came in, she was smiling from ear to ear and we knew what we wanted. Found out it was her birthday and things got better! It was like I met up with an old friend after years apart! When we went out to see the car I came for, I noticed a different car. We came for the Evoque, I left with a gorgeous, dream car, the Discovery! Kim was very professional, fun, informative and just had a great personality! She wasn't frazzled or didn't have someone come over to explain stuff. She really knows her stuff and even filling out paperwork with Tim in the back office was fun! Great place, great environment, great people!

What a great experience I had. Adam Cole was the gentleman that helped me. He was very knowledgeable and friendly,even had a laugh. Although I ended up not purchasing at the time I will be going back to see Adam when I do purchase a Jag. Super friendly staff, very clean environment and they take their time with each client.

I visited Wilde Jaguar-Maserati to look at (and eventually purchase) a pre-owned 2008 Subaru Outback for use as my daily driver. Although the price of this vehicle was nowhere near that of the new luxury vehicles that serve as the dealership's "bread and butter," Mr. Taga Sickler afforded me the same amount of time, professional courtesy and respect as if I were purchasing a vehicle some 9-10 times the price of my used Subaru. This is the type of customer service that is sorely lacking in the automobile industry today and, were my fortunes to change, I would have no hesitation in returning to this dealership and purchasing a new, or even another used, vehicle.
