My wife went there to get her Oreck vacuum fixed for a warranty repair. They did a bad job servicing it. She went back in with me to ask nicely to have it adjusted. The guy there started yelling at her and belittling her right out of the blue and in front of me. When I said something to him, he got in my face and started yelling at me in an aggressive manner. When I gave him my business card and told him I was a lawyer, he said "What? Is that supposed to scare me or something? What are you going to do? Sue me?". I would never go there again or recommend this business to anyone.
