Disappointing

We went to get an oil change because we got the coupon from value pack. We were waiting to get another coupon oil change and months later and we had no coupon so we changed the old oil. We found out later that they put in the wrong size, that didn't even match the required size for our car. Please be cautious before you go to these people they are sneaky.

Buyer Beware!!

I took my vehicle in to have an oil change and they inspected my rear brakes and told me that I needed new brake pads and new rotors (I knew I needed new pads). The cost was over $420, I left and took my vehicle to a non-chain store and I had my brakes inspected and they did replace the pads but informed me that my rotors were able to be turned.



Also watch out for their "shop fees" which is an additional charge added on you bill at the end.



The person that takes in your info at the register has the personality of a stick.



My wife went in by herself to get an estimate on two new tires to be installed and it was for over $400 for two generic tires that are 16".
