I'm guessing it was Richard Riccobono (Sr.) that was at my home on 6/4/2016, because the "Rich Riccobono" in the video above was not him. The Richard Riccobono is not an honest man and has not kept his word nor fulfilled the "Warranty" that I purchased. This company (Richard and Kevin) came to clean the tile throughout the house, and the aroma, etc. of the cleaner started to irritate my eyes that as soon as the tile had Sealed/dried, I left to go to the grocery store. Upon returning I noticed that my brand new front door handle had been damaged. As I tried to recall the events of when they were at my home, I also noticed that they had cleaned so aggressively that the coloring that I had done of the tile grout had been removed. Even areas of the grout that were cleaned not look dirty because the grout color was stripped away. (Cont'd ...)

I wish i could leave 0 stars. One of the worst company's to deal with! Originally "cleaned" and repaired some grout between my tiles in May 2015. Did not finish regrouting and certainly did not do good job cleaning the tiles. Took full payment and promised to return within 30 days to finish what they were paid for. I called and left messages in all offices that they have. I spoke to the owner several times and he would "schedule" return visit. They scheduled it 3 times with me since September 2015 and NEVER returned and NEVER called back! As a matter of fact, they even started screening incoming calls and let my calls go to vmail. Most dishonest business ever!

They destroyed our grout and charged extra for sealing it and never did. We've had two other companies verify they did not seal it and that they did not clean the grout correctly. The address and email address they supply are both fake. Better Business Burrow said they were rated "F" and that when they send them papers it comes back as an invalid mailing address. We also called the number of the "sealant" brand they used and the number is out of service. Every bit of paperwork is fake.

I have been using Supreme Carpet for almost a year now and they always show up on time and do an excellent job. The crew is very nice and respectful and my carpets always come out excellent. I highly reccomend Supreme Carpet. You will not be disappointed!!!
