      The last review was from someone who was from out of town so we gave Ralphs a try as we are also from away. Steve, who is second generation at this family owned business, accurately diagnosed our problem and did the work for the amount quoted. His honesty and quality work is something he learned from his father. We could have been ripped off for unnecessary parts and labour as often happens at franchise shops but not the case here. Thanks Steve for your time and a little political discussion. What could be better? Alain
