BEWARE!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!! THIS COMPANY IS SCARY SCARY SCARY TO DO BUSINESS WITH !!! IF EVERYTHING GOES PERFECT THEN MAYBE YOU WILL BE OK, BUT IF SOMETHING DOESN'T GO RIGHT THEN THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY UNWILLING TO CORRECT IT OR EVEN DISCUSS IT WITH YOU. I HAVE DRAWINGS THAT I APPROVED AND THEY DIDN'T INSTALL THE TOPS AS PER THE DRAWINGS. WHEN I BROUGHT THIS ISSUE UP TO ANNA SHE TOLD ME THAT I NEEDED TO PAY THE FINAL PAYMENT OR THEY WOULD PUT A LIEN ON MY PROPERTY....STRONG ARM TACTICS !!! I ASKED TO HAVE SOMEONE ELSE CALL ME LIKE THE OWNER AND NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. ALSO TRIED TO TALK TO LINDA THE SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR AND SHE REFUSED TO DISCUSS WITH ME ALSO. I SHORTLY GOT A LIEN PLACED ON MY PROPERTY. I DECIDED IT WASN'T WORTH THE FIGHT SO I PAID THE BILL IN FULL AND WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.....DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK !!!!!!!

Extremely pleased with our four quartz countertops. Clarinda was lovely to work with, quartz was beautiful like sample and perfect installation. We had a long countertop in the utility rm and a seam was necessary and they did a great job. Not only excellent wk but kept to schedule and on time ! Wonderful, Wonderful, Wonderful!!! I was so impressed with the personal attention I received by Morgan. My husband had his reserves with many of the company's we were looking to have work done and Natural Stone Solutions was one of them, but after my counter tops were completed he was even impressed. The staff and especially Morgan were honest on everything they promised. I know from friends and family that there are many shady company's out there with up charging after contracted. We received our estimate and nothing changed. We received all that was in our agreement and more at such a great price. I will be recommending them to all I know. Thank you Morgan for such a wonderful job. JOB WELL DONE!!
