I totally got ripped off! 1st, I went into the store and noticed new management. I asked how much phones were and was told a price. I went back few days later to purchase a phone for my son as his broke and now the price was $10. more and was charged for a Bluetooth that I didn't want. Manager said it was in the discount and I was not being charged. I called other stores and found out that they charge less and I wouldn't have to get this Bluetooth. I tried returning the phone the next day and was told I couldn't because it was an upgrade. Overall I spent $21.39 more then if I were to have purchased it at a different location.

Unbelievable service! The best service I have ever received from a wireless store....certainly much better than any of the coporate Metro stores where they are so unfriendly.

This store is terrible. Young girls who don't speak english very well. I tried to call the customer service number & never got to talk to anybody. My bill is wrong and the store associate didn't know what to do. My phone drops all the time. This is suppose to be a warranty exchange location but she had to order it! What a waste of time.
