Well into my second car lease and wouldn't dream of letting anyone else wash my cars . . . ALWAYS courteous and ALWAYS showroom-clean.
Idrive an 11 year old Mustang convertible and every time I take it to Johnny's, it comes out looking brand new. The employees take their time and really do a nice job. They treat my car like it is their's.
Johnny's is the best car wash in the world. Sure there are other car washes that do a good job. Skills can be taught but not character and attitude to do a good job. sending a thank you every few weeks is intrusive and dumb. send discounts ans special offers. otherwise, people really don't want to make nice with you. people are busy and your message, without value, is just that...without value.

This is the best carwash i have ever been to in my life. I recommend the works. it may cost a liitle more- but they practically detail your car for $25!!!! You cant ask for a better carwash joint.
