      They really are the best! We've been going there for years....everyone in our family can't even go 'near' the Whitfield area without stopping in!!

      Goldstar Donuts are the best donuts in the Sarasota / Bradenton area hands down!Based on a previous recommendation from this site, I drove the 12 miles to the shop and now I am totally hooked. All of the donuts are fresh, reasonably priced and just downright awesome. My favorites are the cinnamon twists! They are so much better than Dunkin Donuts that I can hardly eat those anymore. Shop is in a run down strip mall, but the quality inside belies the exterior. Enjoy!
