Dr Carmelo Ortega is the finest Hearing Aid Doctor in Florida. He is the utmost in professionalism, and compassion. He is the Doctor you want you have any kind of hearing problem. Tammy the Receptionist is also oustanding in insuring you as a patient are taken care of, and made comfortable awaiting your appointment. Melissa the Audiologist is excellent at administering your hearing test. The Silverstein Institute is in a Class by itself, it is the BEST IN THE USA. I could never even imagine going to another hearing office for my hearing loss treatment. Dr Silverstein has created the Premier in Hearing Loss Treatment.

Founded in 1979, Silverstein Institute is an international physicians' practice dedicated to diseases and surgery of the ears, nose and throat. Located in Sarasota, Fla. it provides patient care for the treatment of head and neck diseases consistent. The institute is composed of four divisions, including the Florida Ear and Sinus Center, Medical Hearing Aid Systems, the Premier Facial Plastic Surgery Center and the Ear Research Foundation. The center conducts a variety of clinical research projects, sponsored by the nonprofit Ear Research Foundation Inc. Some of Silverstein Institute's specialties include the diagnosis and management of Meniere's disease, tinnitus, treatment of dizziness and balance disorders, sudden deafness in one ear, laser surgery for otosclerosis and pediatric ear treatment. Additionally, the institute's Premier Facial Plastic Surgery Center offers services in facial cosmetic and rejuvenation surgery.
