Exclusive kitchens has been wonderful to work with - Dan is very professional and helped us out when our contractor put in the wrong granite and told us we would never find what we were looking for! Exclusive Kitchens had what we were looking for and had it installed within 2 weeks, looking forward to our next project with them!

Nice sales people. Spent $40k+, so they have the resources, even though it took 8 weeks rather than the 4 weeks they promised. Granite and cabinetry good, other subs poor, especially the plumbers. Rather than subject myself to their excuses, I had to call in a plumber and fix a lingering problem. There was a more extensive plumbing issue I was not willing to pay for myself, so I called Exclusive. They wanted $1,000 to fix their problem, made up phony excuses such as "do you remember the plumber we used?" and "since you bought the fixtures (from a distributor per Exclusive's instruction), we're not responsible. It's four weeks now since I've asked them to stand by their work. Silence is deafening. I like honest people, but these guys will insult your integrity and intelligence as a consumer.
