I had to drive my dad to visit Dr. Moor for his shoulder. The staff was the most friendly and knowledgable I have ever met. I felt like they were family. After my dads treatment from Dr. Moor, he said his shoulder hadn't felt this good in years. His only complaint was that he didn't go see Dr. Moor sooner. I saw Dr. Moor for my shoulder. He was able to fix my shoulder when no one else could. I truly want to thank this surgeon for giving me my life back! I can play tennis again - it's the love of my life (other than my husband, of course!). I felt confident in Dr. Moor from the beginning. His staff was warm and caring - and believe me, I'm not the easiest person to deal with when I'm in pain. They were patient with me. Dr. Moor was also a gem! He is a complete gentleman that exhibits compassion for the patient. I also found him to be an EXPERT at shoulders. I have had other wonderful doctors that were nice and knowledgable, however, they were unable to make the pain go away. I think my problem may have been a bit more complicated than most. I had Knee Arthroscopy with Dr. Moor last month & feel terrific! My primary care physician referred me to Dr. Moor. When I called to make the appointment, the staff was knowledgable & provided excellent customer service - They scheduled me within 24 hours! The next day when I arrived at the office, I didn't have a wait - They were running right on time. Evidently Dr. Moor sees a lot of professional athletes because his office walls were covered with signed photos of people he has helped. He obviously has treated many people whose livelihood depends upon them being in top notch condition. That definitely made me feel secure about my decision.Regarding Dr. Moor's demeanor - professional, yet very friendly (just like his staff). He seemed extremely knowledgable in his field. He presented a variety of options to help my knee pain. I appreciated that he did not push surgery - It was just one of many options presented. I chose surgery. It was quick & easy. I honestly feel great!
