Had Custom Climate Concepts of Sarasota come to my house in Nokomis for 'second opinion'..found tech (Kevin) to be prompt, polite, clean, honest and took the time to educate me on what was wrong and why it was wrong.. all for no charge!!!! (yes free!!). I arbitrate claims for a legal firm and these guys document, follow-thru and are very well priced on repairs.....I give them 5 stars for them running an honest business and not trying to rip me off like another AC company did.....cheers!!!!!
