Hello, I just wanted to thank you so much for sending the urn so quickly, it arrived today and it is perfect. Stunning and amazing quality, and the keepsake is wonderful. You've really helped my family out during our time of need and we appreciate you all, this was the least stressful thing we've done because of your great customer service, when the package showed up right away and everything was perfect it helped my husband and I have a sense that all these hectic things are going to eventually be alright.
